Starting date of online registration of application: 11/10/2021
Last date of online registration of application: 01/11/2021
Eligible candidates meeting the age and minimum eligibility criteria of ONGC will be required to appear in Common Law Admission Test (GATE)-2021. for this examination, you have to follow the ONGC Exam syllabus 2021 along with the GATE syllabus.

Process of ONGC Recruitment Examination
The selection process of the ONGC examination is mainly of four steps.
The officers will verify your documents and testimonials. You will get marks according to your marks in previous examinations.
The examiners will select you on the basis of scores obtained by you in different examinations. They will check the score of the GATE-2021 Examination for LLM, Educational Qualification(Including additional higher qualification i.e. Ph.D. only), and performance in personal Interviews.

ONGC Exam syllabus 2021 for GATE
The details ONGC recruitment syllabus is as follows.
- For Qualification, there will be 25 marks. (20 marks for essential qualification and 5 marks for inline Ph.D)
- The highest mark is given for the Weightage of GATE Score. Total 60 marks will be allotted for GATE score.
- A personal Interview will be held for 15 marks. Minimum qualifying marks in Interview UR and OBC -9 Marks SC,ST and PwD-6 Marks.
ONGC recruitment syllabus 2021 is designed for a total of 100 marks

Importance of ONGC Recruitment Syllabus
The selection of the candidates for ONGC recruitment 2021 will be based on the ONGC recruitment syllabus 2021.
You have to prepare yourself according to the syllabus.
Candidates have to qualify at each stage/ criteria for final selection.
If total marks are identical then the order of merit will be fixed on the basis of the Weightage of the GATE Score.
