Guidelines for SSA Assam Mutual Transfer 2022
Online Mutual Transfer of the Assistant Teacher working under Sarva Siksha Abhijan, Assam for the year 2018-19
- The Guideline shall be effective w.e.f. 07.03.2019.
- The mutual transfer between working teachers will be materialised through online System
- The Guidelines will enable SSA to materialise the mutual transfer for Contractual Teachers and State Pool Teachers.
- The mutual transfer will be done once in a year preferably in the month of January & February
- The Guidelines will cover the teachers working in the Government and Provincialised schools.
- Elementary level regular teachers.

Main Provisions of SSA Assam Mutual Transfer 2022
The scope will be limited between Regular and Regular (other than the districts of sixth schedule areas).
Contractual teachers can apply with Contractual/ State Pool teachers.
State Pool can mutual with State Pool/ Contractual (other than the districts of sixth schedule areas). (Learn More)
Language for TET Mutual Transfer 2022
The medium (Language-1 of TET) of both the applicant teachers will be considered for mutual transfer.
HRMIS mutual transfer between same medium applicants will be allowed in the case of TET qualified applicants.
In the case of non-TET qualified applicants, the medium of school is to be the same) in the process.
Method of SSA Mutual Transfer 2022
One teacher can apply with one co-applicant only.
Submission of online application does not confirm any right of transfer to any working Teacher.
In any case, a teacher cannot submit his/her online application with more than one teacher.
You can not submit more than one application for online mutual transfer. Otherwise, your application will be rejected even after the generation of the transfer order.
Change of Application for HRMIS Based Transfer 2022
You can not change the mutual transfer application.
One applicant teacher can not change his/her choice/online application once he/she has completed the online application process.
Petition for changing of choices/ online applications will not be entertained.
Do no provide any false information.
Violation of any provision/clause of this Guidelines will cancel SSA Assam Mutual Transfer 2022 order.
Eligibility of SSA Contractual and State Pool Teachers
You should follow the guidelines to avoid rejection of your Application form.
SSA Contractual and State Pool
- Lower Primary Teacher with Lower Primary Teacher
- Upper Primary-Social Science Teacher with Upper Primary-Social Science Teacher and
- Upper Primary-Maths & Science Teacher with Upper Primary-Maths & Science Teacher will be eligible.
Intra (within) district mutual transfer
- SSA Contractual Assistant Teacher will be eligible to apply with SSA Contractual Teacher / State Pool Teacher.
- A State Pool Teacher will be eligible to apply with State Pool Teacher / SSA Contractual Teacher
Inter district mutual transfer
- SSA Contractual Assistant Teacher will be eligible to apply with SSA Contractual Teacher.
- A State Pool Teacher will be eligible to apply with State Pool Teacher.
The SSA Contractual) State Pool Teacher of LPS who were amalgamated with UPS shall only be eligible to apply for Mutual Transfer with SSA Contractual/ State Pool Teacher of LPS not with SSA Contractual/ State Pool Teacher of UPS.

You have to apply online on the website of HRMIS.
- At first you have to login to the website with your HRMIS 13 digit Teacher code.
- Then you should provide your password.
- After that you can enter to the online application of HRMIS base transfer.

Result of SSA Online Mutual Transfer
The transfer order will be uploaded to the official website.
The transferred teachers will have to join in the new place of posting within 7 (seven) days of issuance of the order.
Both the teachers should join the newly transferred school within 7 days of issuance of the order. Otherwise, the SSA Assam Mutual Transfer order of both the teachers will automatically be canceled.
