The Department of Elementary Education has adopted the Guidelines for online mutual transfer.

These DEE Assam Mutual Transfer 2022 of Assistant Teachers working under the Department of Elementary Education, Assam is notified for this year.

These rules regarding DEE Assam Assistant teachers’ mutual transfer shall be effective w.e.f. 07.03.2019.

Rules of DEE Assam Online Mutual Transfer Application

You can submit the mutual transfer applications only in ONLINE mode

DEE Assam Mutual Transfer 2022 will be done once a year preferably in the month of January & February

Both Intra and Inter-district mutual transfer among the Regular Assistant Teachers of the Elementary Education Department (other than the districts of sixth schedule areas) will be conducted.

The scope of mutual transfer will be opened for the same category of teachers.

Mutual Process of DEE Online Transfer 2022

You must follow the system of mutual to avoid cancellation of the transfer order

If you wish to continue working as a teacher, then you should go ahead and request for continuation of benefits. However, you must meet all eligibility criteria set by the school.

Usually, this involves meeting quality standards and passing the necessary examinations. Some schools might also want to see some kind of progress report from you so that they can monitor your performance.

DEE Assam Mutual Transfer 2022 is available and limited to the following categories.

• Between Assistant Teacher-LP and Assistant Teacher-LP
• Assistant Teacher-UP(SS) and Assistant Teacher-UP(SS)
• Assistant Teacher-UP(M&S) and Assistant Teacher UP(M&S)
• Assistant Teacher-(Language) and Assistant Teacher-(Language)
• Assistant Teacher-(Science) and Assistant Teacher-(Science)
• Assistant Teacher (Hindi) and Assistant Teacher-(Hindi) etc.

Medium of Language for TET Teachers

You should follow the language eligibility before online apply

The medium (Language-1 of TET) of both the applicant teachers will be considered for mutual transfer.

Mutual transfer between same medium applicants will be allowed in the case of TET qualified applicants.

In the case of non-TET qualified applicants, the medium of school is to be the same) in the process.

Date of Online Application of DEE Assam Mutual Transfer

The online application will be received w.e.f 15th March 2019 to midnight of 30th March 2019.

The transferred teachers will have to join in the new place of posting within 7 (seven) days of issuance of the order.

In case either of the teachers does not join the newly transferred school within 7 days of issuance of the order, that particular mutual transfer order of both the teachers will automatically be canceled.

How to Apply for DEE Assam Online Mutual Transfer 2022

You have to apply online within the last date

DEE Assam Mutual Transfer 2022 applicants will have to register themselves in the system for online mutual transfer applications.

One teacher is allowed to apply with one co-applicant only. On receipt of more than one application from any teacher, such applications will summarily be rejected even after the generation of the transfer order.

One applicant teacher cannot change his/her choice/online application once he/she has completed the online application process. Petition for changing of choices/ online applications will not be entertained.

The transfer order will be uploaded to the official website.

The transferred teachers will have to join in the new place of posting within 7 (seven) days of issuance of the order. In case, either of the teachers does not join the newly transferred school within 7 days of issuance of the order, that particular mutual transfer order of both the teachers will automatically be canceled.

Details Eligibility for Regular Teachers under DEE Assam

Post-wise eligibility for Regular teachers mutual transfer

The Assistant Teacher of LPS will be eligible to apply for HRMIS mutual transfer with the Assistant Teacher of LPS.

Assistant Teacher of Junior Basic School will be able to eligible for Mutual Transfer with Assistant Teacher of Junior Basic School.

Assistant Teacher/ Science Teacher/ Hindi Teacher/ Arabic Teacher/ Language Teacher of UPS or MES will be eligible to apply for Mutual Transfer with Assistant Teacher/ Science Teacher/ Hindi Teacher/ Arabic Teacher/ Language Teacher of UPS or MES.

Assistant Teacher/ Science Teacher/ Hindi Teacher/ Arabic Teacher/ Language Teacher of Senior Basic School will be eligible to apply for Mutual Transfer with Assistant Teacher/ Science Teacher/ Hindi Teacher/ Arabic Teacher/ Language Teacher of Senior Basic School.

Assistant Teacher/ Science Teacher/ Hindi Teacher/ Arabic Teacher/ Language Teacher of Senior Basic School will be eligible to apply for Mutual Transfer with Assistant Teacher/ Science Teacher/ Hindi Teacher/ Arabic Teacher/ Language Teacher of Senior Basic School.

Assistant Teacher/ Science Teacher/ Hindi Teacher/ Arabic Teacher/ Language Teacher of MVS will be eligible to apply for Mutual Transfer with Assistant Teacher/ Science Teacher/ Hindi Teacher/ Arabic Teacher/ Language Teacher of MVS.

Assistant Teacher/ Science Teacher/ Hindi Teacher/ Arabic Teacher/ Language Teacher of MEM will be eligible to apply for Mutual Transfer with Assistant Teacher/ Science Teacher/ Hindi Teacher/ Arabic Teacher/ Language Teacher of MEM.

The Regular Teachers of newly provincialized schools (2013) will not be eligible to participate in the Online Mutual Transfer process.

The Regular Teacher of LPS who was amalgamated with UPS shall only be eligible to apply for HRMIS mutual transfer with Regular teacher of LPS not with Regular Teacher of UPS.
